The apartment is equipped with LED TV, individually adjustable heating and air conditioning in each room, safe, 3 bathrooms (one of them with jacuzzi).
The structure, located on the second floor with lift (among the few you will find in all of Venice), has been revised in all areas to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Our Rio Venice apartment is located in an excellent position, very convenient for arrivals and departures from the city of Venice, but at the same time already immersed in the typically Venetian atmosphere.
Other things to keep in mind
Our neighborhood, Santa Croce, is the first you will find when you arrive in Venice. It is a very beautiful, captivating and easily mobilized area. From the apartment you have multiple routes that will direct you to all the most attractive places in the city.
The environment has been recently renovated: inside the Rio Venice apartment there are 3 private bedrooms and 3 exclusive bathrooms outside the rooms (equipped with hairdryer).
You will have a spacious dining room and two small terraces.
In the kitchen you can find some useful appliances: a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, an American coffee machine, an espresso machine and a refrigerator and everything needed for cooking.
The excellent location in which the apartment is located allows you to reach a multitude of small restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops that are all located in the neighboring area.
From Rio Venice in a few minutes on foot you will find yourself in Campo Santa Margherita, a delightful Venetian square, surrounded by restaurants and typical shops, very popular with young university students and not only (our apartment is in fact very close to several universities of Ca 'Foscari and the Iuav).
From Campo Santa Margherita you can easily reach the Accademia Bridge, where you can pay a visit to the Accademia Galleries, a museum that collects the best tradition of Venetian art, with paintings by Titian, Tiepolo and Tintoretto.
From the Accademia in 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza San Marco, the heart of the city.
In the vicinity of the apartment, a 10-minute walk away, there are also the Basilica Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista and the Scuola and Church of San Rocco.
